I have been in the Automotive Industry for almost Seven Years, and have been solely with Ewald Hartford Ford. In that time I have proudly sold over 1,000+ vehicles to my customers, and about 2/3 of my business is based upon Referral and Repeat Business. My previous work background includes approximately 6+ Years of Retail training in Consumer Electronics, which has helped me firmly understand Ford's Technology Model in their vast array of vehicles over the years. My rule of thumb is that if I don't know the answer to your question, I will research it until I have right answer for you. I value honesty and respect between my customers and I; and feel strongly that if these two core values cannot work together cohesively than it is not a good fit. I have preserved a strong work ethic over my time in the industry, and hope to find the right vehicle for you and/or your families day-to-day needs. Worth the drive Working with Ewald was night/day better vs dealing with the folks in CO. Jay worked to get exactly what I wanted, texting me updates as he looked. I flew in Thur night, and everything was ready friday morning for a 3 hour walkthrough. Joseph was very thorough and patient to explain everything, even pausing so my beaming mother could take a few pictures. This was a great experience, thank you. More
