I stopped by two separate times (and once at their used auto center) and I was treated extremely well each time! I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable, and supportive Joseph was throughout the whole process. There was a firm budget I had to stay within and he made sure to do everything possible to get me in the best option they had. Ended up staying in budget and getting the keys to a car three years newer, with WAY more luxury features that I initially hoped for. Beni did a fantastic job explaining the different warranty options and walking me through the benefits of each option. I never felt pressured at ALL. He left the decision in my hands and in the end, made sure I took advantage of some STEEP discounts on my final options. Couldn’t be happier! Amazing team here! More

Incredibly responsive, communicative, and accommodating. Kuni is awesome and have worked with me and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. However, if that’s what it takes to maintain this fabulous level of service, they shouldn’t change a thing!!! I can’t recommend them more highly at this point! More

They make sure you understand everything they are going to do to the car and what was found during the service. The waiting room is excellent (though the temperature was a tad on the chilly side), good snacks, coffee, water etc. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I've had many vehicles over the years from many different dealerships and I must say Kuni BMW stands far above the rest . More
