I took my Nissan for service they did a really bad job on my car so upset that they broke my steering wheel a two hour job became a hold week. When I pick up my car the steering wheel is not straight is sideways like bad half way to the left half turn. my only car with kids in school two jobs and have to drop and pick up wife from work it was a struggle week on thanksgiving week. And my car now needs work alignment. I was going to trade in and buy a car but never never there. More

Difficult to work with. Dealership would not honor warranty commitment. Disappointing to say the least. Nissan North America refunded the charges after I had my lawyer contact them. Changing the rating from 1 star to 2, as it still was not a good experience as the dealership did not / does not advocate for their customers with Nissan North America. Further, the original issue with the transmission, a "judder", returned once since the repair was made. More
