The service department took care of my car with no issues. I brought my Nissan in for a 60k mile service. I also used the courtesy shuttle which brought me to work and back to the dealer to pick up my issues. I brought my Nissan in for a 60k mile service. Joseph Weil was so unhappy with my customer service satisfaction survey answers he stalked me on social media and then commented on public posts I made using homophobic slurs and other hate speech. satisfaction survey answers he stalked me on social media and then commented on public posts I made using homophobic slurs and other hate speech. The customer service satisfaction reviews are not anonymous and if you have a bad experience and tell the truth about it, this man will track you down and intimidate you. If you complain about it to his superiors they will shrug you off and tell you that he’s a loyal hard worker and good help is hard to find. More
