Good service on my vehicle. The waiting room experience was very disappointing, however. Sometime recently, they instituted a policy that prohibits changing the channel on the TV and everyone is forced to was very disappointing, however. Sometime recently, they instituted a policy that prohibits changing the channel on the TV and everyone is forced to watch and listen to HGTV even if no one else is watching TV. I knew I would have to wait over an hour, so I planned my arrival so I could watch a football game on Fox. I was told there ya no remote and changing tge channel is forbidden and that this was a recent mandate “from corporate.” I think that policy is garbage and makes zero sense. More
