There's not enough I can say about this dealership. The customer service is TOP TIER. My mom has been coming here for years and from the start with Josh and how amazing he has been and then Al, she always customer service is TOP TIER. My mom has been coming here for years and from the start with Josh and how amazing he has been and then Al, she always return back and recommends people when she can. Al was AMAZING from beginning to start. Knowing we were coming from Staten Island, NY, he assisted us as much as he could over the phone. When we got there everything ran so smoothly. Al is one of a kind and I appreciate all of his help. Grady, was kind and sweet and explained everything to the fullest and I appreciate that being my husband wasn't present at the time. He answered all of my questions with a smile and never once showed he was annoyed with the questions. Last but certainly not least we met Joshua, he helped me set up all the apps and explained how things worked. The customer service here is what I appreciate and more dealerships should take notice.
