Old car died... wanted to stick with Subaru I needed a reliable wagon to transport my 78 yr old mom and 100 yr old grandmother and their walker and wheelchair respectively. Communication is key Overall my experience at Stateline Subaru was okay. I had already selected the car that I wanted before showing up as I was looking for a used vehicle Overall my experience at Stateline Subaru was okay. I had already selected the car that I wanted before showing up as I was looking for a used vehicle. But the salesman that sold me the car was very polite and helpful with the questions that I had. When it came time to go to finance I had no issues. The man who helped with the financing though failed to communicate to Josh, my salesman, that the car needed to be delivered the next day and that he had the plates at the dealership. So after calling to make sure it would be delivered at a certain time it turned out there were no plans to drop it off. The car was dropped off on time despite that, but without the plates. The issue was resolved in the end resulting in my sufferage and no offer from the dealership for compensation. More
