Josh was awesome throughout our entire visit at Crown CDJR Chattanooga! He was professional, personable, easygoing, and well-informed. We had been searching online and on car lots across TN, GA, and AL (including the Chattanooga location) for a Ram 1500 Big Horn for about 3 months with no luck. In our last online search on Thursday (8/12), we found a truck at the Cleveland location, so we reached out via Live Chat the next day and were connected with Josh. We told him what we were looking to do, and he brought the truck down from Cleveland to the Chattanooga location for us to check out and test drive later that evening. It was a perfect match to the features we were looking for, and Josh was able to work with Lee to get it at the final price point we wanted for us to purchase it that day. He didn't pressure us to make a sale, but was genuine in his effort to ensure we were happy with the truck and the final price point. We could see that he is passionate about his work and ensuring his customers have a pleasant experience at the dealership and an easy, smooth, and transparent buying process. We would definitely work with Josh again! More

I’ve purchased three cars from Crown and for the most part it was a good experience however I’ve been disappointed with Josh’s performance.
