All dealings were extremely efficient with guys that communicate well and are very personable. I chose to get an extended warranty. No upselling on their part. I believe I got a very good price from MAP which has better reviews than most of these third party companies. I will end with something that was extremely impressive! I was buying a used vehicle for around 25k. I felt like I was treated the same as a guy buying a top of the line beamer. More

It was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle, let alone ordering custom for production, and I'm glad I ran into Josh at BMW of West St. Louis to help me with the process. The entire process was as transparent and efficient as it gets and I could not be more pleased with not just the vehicle, but the team as a whole. In addition to the vehicle, I had custom parts ordered as well and the parts and service team was also great in keeping me in the loop and of course, completing the look in time for the purchase.
