Overcharged for nothing In March, I bought a 2014 Camaro. Ive brought it in 3 times already for service. The first time was to remove a small ding in the passenger side door. In March, I bought a 2014 Camaro. Ive brought it in 3 times already for service. The first time was to remove a small ding in the passenger side door. They took off the door panel to fix it, and when I got it back, it looked great! However the speaker on that door made a feedback noise when accelerating. It still makes that noise. So I took it back to them, and they couldnt "replicate that noise." Today I picked up my Car again for a chirping sound that happens when the car is at a certain RPM. I was out of town and gave them a week to diagnose and fix the issue. My car is covered under warranty but they claim it was my after market cold air intake rubbing against my engine cover. Since this was an after market part, they charge me $125 to diagnose and $65 TO GRIND PLASTIC OFF MY ENGINE COVER. My engine cover how has a cut in it and it not smooth, and the sound hasnt gone away. In other words, I have payed $206 including tax to grind down my engine cover even though obviously that wasnt the problem. I will be coming back to get a refund and speak to a general manager and or service manager. More

This Dealership Saved the Day. I was recently broke down on the White horse pike in Somerdale, NJ, with my mom who had just returned her rental car. Being broke down was not bad eno I was recently broke down on the White horse pike in Somerdale, NJ, with my mom who had just returned her rental car. Being broke down was not bad enough, but to make matters much worse, I had my 2 cats and a bird in cages in the back. I was leaving this day for a very long road trip to Florida. I called triple AAA and they quickly sent out a Tow truck. That tow truck driver, had no clue where to take my car for repairs, and after several locations, I decided on the chevy dealer in Marlton. My car is a Gm. Well, we no sooner arrived at the Elkins Chevy and we were greeted by a nice young man by the name of Josh. He was wonderful and immediately tried to see if my car could be fixed the same day. Sadly the part was not available in the area and had to be overnighted to NJ. I now had a second issue. Where to stay with my pets? Elkins was so wonderful, they had a driver take my mom and I to a nearby motel, that accepted pets. We stayed there over night and they sent a driver the next day to pick us up and get me on the road. They went above and beyond great customer service, and even washed my car. Josh was a wonderful help, to my very stressful 2 days. Thanks Elkins. More

After having spent longer than I care to share of my car sitting at a local dealership with unanswered questions, feeling unsure, taken advantage of, After having spent longer than I care to share of my car sitting at a local dealership with unanswered questions, feeling unsure, taken advantage of, and fear of the unknown when “$6k might as well be 6 million) – I decided to call the dealership that my car had been purchased from, Elkins Chevrolet; and thank God I did! This experience has shown me that not all car dealerships are the same and Elkins stands out above the rest. I was first blown away when my calls were immediately returned. Then, customer service was impeccable, no question was ever left unanswered, and the quoted prices to repair my Malibu were nothing compared to the outrageous, and downright offensive numbers quoted by the local dealership. I am so pleased with the service I received here. Josh Elkins has single handedly altered my distasteful perception of what a Chevy dealership represents and I cannot thank him enough for his help, dedication, patience, and for the rare kindness of going above and beyond the call of duty to change someone’s experience for the better. ...Certainly worth the 40 mile distance in the future – if even for something as minor as an oil change.
