I went for my “free” oil change. They discovered an issue with rodent infestation. It was fixed while I waited. Total time I was there was just under 1-1/2 hours but I was charged They discovered an issue with rodent infestation. It was fixed while I waited. Total time I was there was just under 1-1/2 hours but I was charged labor for the rodent infestation $268.60 which comes to 1-1/2 hours. So my so called free oil change was not free. I left with $393.03; $62.86 for the actual air cabin filter, $28.91 for an air intake filter and $268.50 for labor and I guess the $27.02 shop charge us for my “free” tea and apple. The parts are priced correct but the labor rate is overstated and overpriced. I will say the employees are all nice, helpful and friendly. Can’t be mad at them, they are only doing as told per the job. More
