The service staff is excellent, exceptionally trained and they understand the art of customer service. My Camry needed service and the part was expensive… They made my problem theirs. Helped me take care of it to my benefit not their own. Which for such outstanding service that in todays world loyalty is just a bunch of zeros and ones on a digital score card. Not at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Thank you a thousand times thank you all. Your commitment to excellence is infectious as is seen throughout all your staff. The product itself is is good but when your mix in experienced and empathy you get world class service.
