Another thing they paid my Uber from the dealer to my house , and another from my house to the dealer !!! 👌🏼 More

Offered me an uber ride as it was estimated job would take until 3:00. I have a disabled adult daughter and need the car for her transportation so I chose to wait. Both Josh and Kia the cashier were patient, and kind when my impatience and boredom kicked in. They were themselves calm and cheerful during their long day as well. Prices are very high, labor and parts. Spent over $2,000, should have offered me lunch. More

First Jacin left :-( , but we started working with Josh and were very happy. Then Josh left too and on a previous visit we were so displeased, we said we wouldn't bother coming back! Our car needed service before we headed north, so we decided to give your service department one more try and we are so glad we did ! Both Josh and Jacin were back ! We love these guys ! They are always friendly and very attentive. The whole service department seemed to be running much more smoothly, like the old days :-) Glad to have our guys back :-) More

Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
