Spent more than $1,000 on Sunday, only to take home with a smoking engine and all oil leaked out. Did not receive car back from until Thursday. Impressive Customer Support I dropped my truck about 6 AM for 35k miles maintenance and I was greeted by Josh Fuller. His friendliness and professionalism are really remarkable. I dropped my truck about 6 AM for 35k miles maintenance and I was greeted by Josh Fuller. His friendliness and professionalism are really remarkable. Since I couldn’t wait at the dealership, he called Uber to take me to my workplace. After the truck inspection, he called me and told what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. When the job was completed he called me again and to notify me that the truck was ready to be picked up. He made transportation arrangements so I could get back to the dealership. The whole experience was seamless and he made me feel comfortable. Great Job Josh!!!!! More
