Spent more than $1,000 on Sunday, only to take home with a smoking engine and all oil leaked out. Did not receive car back from until Thursday. When trying to reach service department by phone, at least 6 a smoking engine and all oil leaked out. Did not receive car back from until Thursday. When trying to reach service department by phone, at least 6 times it just kept ringing for many minutes until it just disconnected me. Very time consuming and frustrating experience. More

Great service appointment. Josh was super helpful in checking me in and out. Appointment started on time, and was done in about an hour. I hadn't been in for a while, and really liked the (to me) new di checking me in and out. Appointment started on time, and was done in about an hour. I hadn't been in for a while, and really liked the (to me) new display that keeps customers informed about the status of their vehicle. I was also very happy that I was able to schedule an appointment for today relatively Yesterday. 5/5 Stars!! More

Impressive Customer Support I dropped my truck about 6 AM for 35k miles maintenance and I was greeted by Josh Fuller. His friendliness and professionalism are really remarkable. I dropped my truck about 6 AM for 35k miles maintenance and I was greeted by Josh Fuller. His friendliness and professionalism are really remarkable. Since I couldn’t wait at the dealership, he called Uber to take me to my workplace. After the truck inspection, he called me and told what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. When the job was completed he called me again and to notify me that the truck was ready to be picked up. He made transportation arrangements so I could get back to the dealership. The whole experience was seamless and he made me feel comfortable. Great Job Josh!!!!! More

Problems will happen, but the important thing is how the company you purchased from handles your problem. The dealership could not have been more accommodating. Our salesperson, Xavier Pesantes was outstanding, always there to help and I would recommend him to anyone. Josh in service went above and beyond. Everyone at the dealership always had a smile and was always eager to help. As much as I thought I would be frustrated with our situation, the entire team there made it not so bad. Great Service and Waiting Area Josh took great care of me and took time to recommend services needed or not needed for my 2017 Toyota Sienna. Also, as an outside sales rep, time is Josh took great care of me and took time to recommend services needed or not needed for my 2017 Toyota Sienna. Also, as an outside sales rep, time is money. The waiting area included an upstairs theater with reclining seats. It was quiet and I was able to get work done in the 2 hour wait it took to perform the services. They have a lovely cafe as well and access to chargers for your electronic devices. More
