He took my information, and arranged transportation (uber) to take me home. Josh contacted me as soon as the truck was serviced, and sent another uber to bring me back to the dealership. His impressive customer service and thorough knowledge of his duties made the visit to the dealership seamless. I also met Maria at the cashier’s desk.
