Very polite I felt like he was straightforward Sales manager was trying to play games with me messed up my information multiple times I came in Very polite I felt like he was straightforward Sales manager was trying to play games with me messed up my information multiple times I came in with a preapproval for a certain amount down the bank told me one thing the dealer told me something totally different Long story short after communicating with my bank for the auto loan the dealer agreed. So there was definitely miscommunication between me and the dealer and them in the bank. They also almost accidentally finalized a deal that I did not want because they gave me the wrong numbers What that was on the finance guy in the sales manager not the salesman because the salesman was excellent More
