The customer service at this dealership is beyond excellent. I have never experienced this quality of service in my 80 years. The emergency service to toll the car was excellent. When the service was complete they sent an uber for us to come to the the dealership and paid for the transportation. Unfortunately, upon pick up, the car would not open as the low volt battery was dead which is why the car was tolled to the dealership in the first place. Josh made it right. He called for another uber to transport us to a car rental facility, Hundi paid for the Ubers and the rental. The communication was excellent, they gave us a lot of support when the car again failed to perform. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone without reservations. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment (1st appointment with this new vehicle) I was directed to Josh. There were multiple people in line for him in front of me. I watched several other servi appointment with this new vehicle) I was directed to Josh. There were multiple people in line for him in front of me. I watched several other service techs standing around chatting, drinking coffee etc. Other reps had people come in drop their cars off and leave while I was standing there. What I thought was going to take 5 minutes turned into 40 just to drop the car off. Another rep finally helped me since Josh was tied up. When I came for pick up Josh was at lunch leaving only 1 rep to handle everyone coming in. Again took way longer than it should have. 1/2 hour to puck up. I understand the Genesis team is exclusive but when they aren't busy they can help. (They weren't busy) It's not a good look. More
