Had my Tucson serviced last week dealt with Josh in the service department and he handled ALL the details as I requested. He listened to my concerns and acted on all of them without hesitation completing service department and he handled ALL the details as I requested. He listened to my concerns and acted on all of them without hesitation completing the service right on the appointed time that I asked for. This was the best service that I have experienced from a car dealer and would recommend Tamiami Hyundai whole heartily. More

While the service was done on time, the conditions in the waiting area were awful! It was crowded, noisy and the frigid temperature made it even worse. There was no TV and there were no complimentary refresh waiting area were awful! It was crowded, noisy and the frigid temperature made it even worse. Was told a month ago that the person with knowledge of black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told black screen problem will not available for over a month so decided to wait for oil change and tire rotation. When at the service center was now told would have to keep car for a couple of days to work on black screen. I thought. This was why I waited this long and someone would work on. Decided to skip for now, just got oil change and tire rotation. More
