I’m very disappointed with how this dealership has gone. When we first bought our car things were much better. You could get a loaner car if you needed it no matter how long they thought they would take to When we first bought our car things were much better. The people are nice and the work is good, I just feel like they don’t care about my time. The service advisor was kind and attentive, but I had to wait 2 hours instead of taking care of my own stuff.
