I’m very disappointed with how this dealership has gone. When we first bought our car things were much better. You could get a loaner car if you needed it no matter how long they thought they would take to When we first bought our car things were much better. You could get a loaner car if you needed it no matter how long they thought they would take to complete yours. I feel like the curtesy has been lowered. The people are nice and the work is good, I just feel like they don’t care about my time. The service advisor was kind and attentive, but I had to wait 2 hours instead of taking care of my own stuff. I’m obviously frustrated. More

One if the best dealerships I have ever been to. Josh Gustafson Jr is my service advisor. Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. A real nice guy. Chandra Rosales although no longer my service advisor is also excellent in courtesy, professional and knowledgeable. I would also like to put in a good word for Chad in parts. I needed wiper blades and after purchasing them he put them on for me. I have a 2005 Acura TL that I bought in 2006.
