I called about a vehicle in stock and by the time I arrived At dealership Josh had it parked up front After 15-20 minutes he had a value on my trade in.. We agreed upon a number and he sent me to the finance department. The next morning they had me approved at a better than expected rate. The experience was quick and positive. This is my 4th F series truck. My first from Depaula amd I would recommend them for sure More

This was an absolutely horrible experience with this dealership. The sales person Josh was the worst part of my interaction with this team. We agreed to a price and pick up date. The final step was g dealership. The sales person Josh was the worst part of my interaction with this team. We agreed to a price and pick up date. The final step was getting insurance for my company vehicle. I assured Josh I would have it on the day of delivery. I own eight other vehicles so this is not a new experience to me.The day before pick up we communicated via text that I had the policy but my broker was waiting for underwriting to get the policy back to him. It was the 23rd of December so there were less people in the underwriting department that was causing the delay. I also let Josh know that I had a loan closing and would be unavailable to speak to him until later on in the day. He proceeded to call and email numerous times. During one of the voicemails he left Josh informed that since I wasn’t answering him that he wasn’t going to waste anymore time on me and that I need to learn how to do business. This was after I informed him that I would be unavailable because of real estate I was selling that day. I didn’t receive this voicemail until after I sent the policy to him and then called back to let him know I did not appreciate his tone on the message and that the day of pickup I would like to conference with his manager. His response was “yeah ok”. The day of pick up an another sales person showed me the car and attempted to set up some features unsuccessfully. I mentioned that the vehicle was only charged 92% and over the phone the team assured me that the battery would be a 100% before I left because of the distance I traveled to get there. Josh refused to have the salsas person charged the battery because it was on the charger all night and “ it is what it is”. The one bright spot if the visit was the financing manager. He was polite and extremely apologetic for the interaction I had with the rest of the team. He offered to get the sales manager for me. The sales manger arrived to the office and apologized for the interaction I had but explained to me that Josh is under a lot of pressure so sometimes he comes off the wrong way. I told him it was unacceptable the way he acted and the fact he questioned my business ethics was inexcusable. He offered to give me free services for the vehicle but since it’s an electric vehicle I didn’t see the value in that. He asked me what else he could do and I stated since the bed of the truck is already scratched that I would like a bed liner installed. He stated he could do that but since I live so far away that it wouldn’t work. He offered my wife a $100 check for the inconvenience. I stated that I just wanted to get back on the road given I had a two plus hour drive so we signed the rest of the documents and proceeded to leave. The sales manger then stated since he’s getting us a $100 check that he expected a positive review. I told him that I couldn’t promise that and we promptly left. Had I known this is how this dealership does business I would have paid a little more and saved myself from this miserable $70000 experience right before the holidays. More
