Did NOT comply with Fords CPO requirements and delivered my truck with tires that did not meet fords thickness requirements. The fuel tank was barely a half tank as well as wipers not changed. This was just my truck with tires that did not meet fords thickness requirements. The fuel tank was barely a half tank as well as wipers not changed. This was just an alarm for me to take the truck to a closer Ford dealer and have them double check my tires and found that all 4 tires were under the thickness requirements. I forwarded the invoice in pdf form to my sales person with nothing being done about this at all. He did send a set of wipers to me wow. Bottom line is that the service tech just signed off on the CPO certification checklist without even looking to see the fuel tank was 1/2 tank so of course it made me concerned?????? 4 new tires should have been no question at all. I took delivery January 16th and the truck has not been driven as I told my sales person after I filed the complaint with ford customer service. This I find ridiculous on DePaulas part. Maybe my situation has not been seen by the higher management? Very Disappointed More

Everyone we dealt with at DePaula Ford was very friendly and helpful when we were purchasing our 2023 Ford F150 lightening. They all took their time making sure we understood the buying process and all of and helpful when we were purchasing our 2023 Ford F150 lightening. I called about a vehicle in stock and by the time I arrived At dealership Josh had it parked up front After 15-20 minutes he had a value on my trade in.. We agreed upon a number and he sent me to the finance department. The next morning they had me approved at a better than expected rate. The experience was quick and positive. This is my 4th F series truck. My first from Depaula amd I would recommend them for sure More
