(Bit of a nerve-wracking proposition at my age.) There was no question that Rudy Luther would be my only stop. My customer loyalty was earned given my great experiences with the service department over the last 7 years taking care of my 2007 Sienna (which was purchased elsewhere and gifted to me). The process itself was fairly convoluted having primarily to do with good old murphy. Justin, my salesperson, was superlative on every level. Straight forward, patient; offering alternatives for issues which came up over which he had absolutely no control. Perhaps most of all, he was transparent on every level. Additionally, he went above-and-beyond post-sale to help me out. Questions about all the new (for me) technology and care issues are being addressed by Justin along with the service department. I'm a pretty cynical/skeptical person, but, in all honesty, Rudy Luther continues to earn my trust. More

I have been a customer at this Toyota dealership for three years. I traded in an old car here in 2016 and put the money toward a lease on a new Prius. The trade was fair and finding the vehicle I wanted was a breeze. Recently, the lease ended and I returned the Prius. Bringing it back was simple, and though there were complications with the windshield, the sales representative was understanding. At the same time I was looking into certified used vehicles and found one I loved, at a reasonable price, right at Rudy Luther Toyota. Rich and Josh were helpful and efficient every step of the way in signing me off on the new (to me) Corolla. Overall, it has been a pleasure to work with this dealership and I look forward to coming in just for the relaxing atmosphere. More
