Kyle Gunn has been the best sales person i have ever. Met. His reassuring and kind character has been invaluable. He didn't hide away after making the sale. He has coordinated service, loaner cars, and contacts. I wish I could remember the name of the most spectacular service department resource. I only had 1 service need, and Meredith kept me in the loop and worked as an advocate for me. I am very sad that I am not longer able to drive, but again Kyle and his team worked to buy my car back. I am very lucky that my last car was a Subaru. Thank you all. More

Very nice person maybe not having her best day. The key to my husband's business was on my key fob. I did forget to take it off the ring before hand off. I received my car and fob after a fair amo The key to my husband's business was on my key fob. I did forget to take it off the ring before hand off. I received my car and fob after a fair amount of confusion on Shanna's part. I realized after check out and departure that I did not have the business key. I returned and she was able to find it, reportedly on the ground outside the shop somewhere. While no harm came, in this situation, it was definitely a close call. Not mad, just asking for more caution. She was however, great at answering my questions regarding confirmation of services. More
