Well rounded Dealership I won't go anywhere else but this dealership from now on to purchse or to service a vehicle. I purchased a Mercedes Benz GL550 for my family, and a beautiful car it is. First of all, the selection of European cars is great, from the two seater sports car to the 7 person family wagon. Wesley (the owner) picks only the best cars to fill his indoor showroom. My buying experience was great. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. I was given ample time to think and Wesley wanted me to be sure the car I was looking at was really what I wanted. I was given a tour of the facility to assure me that I am going to be taken care of not only at the buying mark, but assuring me when servicing is needed as well. The shop is clean and shows class. Since having the car, servicing it at iAutohaus has been a red carpet service as well. Josh Hemmerling has always been professional and has always taken care of my concerns in a speedy fashion. The mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable and will fix any problem with a positive result. These guys are definitely worth a try if you are in the market for a precision tuned European machine. Well I got the second shock in so few weeks the charge nothing let me repeat NOTHING Josh my service advisor had it fixed and back to me in 20 minutes while I waited. What better place to buy a car from - from enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual people. No high pressure sales, no nonsense, and great pricing. I liked how each car was detailed to factory standards, and the sales person even showed me all the servicing performed to the vehicle to get it ready for sale. I instantly knew I was getting a car with zero issues, and full confidence that it is a great product. After the second car I bought from iAutohaus, I have purchased 3 more from them - all sight unseen - all over the phone, and shipped to my door step. I have purchased two German cars from iAutoHaus in the past three years. iAutoHaus is the only all indoor dealership in Phoenix. Thus, their well prepared cars remain perfectly clean. The level of maintenance and finish preparations are superb - even a rival dealer confirmed to me that the Pawlowski' operation can not be matched in car preparation making these pre-owned machines look absolutely brand new! When I returned to purchase my second car - it was a spur of the moment decision. The owner, Westley, told me he would not sell me the car unless I gave him three reasons that this BMW was a good fit for me. I appreciate that he wanted to ensure that I would not be in new buyers remorse situation. Have you ever heard of this level of looking out for you anywhere these days? A total class buying experience - as if I were buying a new Rolls at one of the chandelier places. This place of business is centered around a family who are all Euro Car Aficionados. Their expertise is like walking in the pages of Moto-Trend magazine's library. The service center mechanics mostly speak in European accents-so I visualize they are right at home working on the cars of their homeland. The multi-bay shop is clean, well equipped, with most cars in for service by owners/operators.
