Simple I started searching for trucks online and found the one I ended up buying. I found it Thursday night and the next day the dealership had contacted me. I started searching for trucks online and found the one I ended up buying. I found it Thursday night and the next day the dealership had contacted me. There was no pressure to buy. The salesmen had answered questions I had through email due to me being at work. The best part about the next day (Friday) the salesman had actually took the time to take a video of the truck and explained the features that the truck had and talked about the questions I had. Woke up Saturday morning went to the dealership and was treated with respect by everyone there. We checked the truck out and test drove. The buying process was super simple and could not have had a better experience. This is why I deal with Ford dealerships because I have never had a bad experience and will continue to buy Ford.. The agreed-upon price was honored and, while various options were discussed,,there was no pressure to purchase these products. Sam and his team that included Josh Hensel, Anthony Green, and James Robinson even helped us find an additional Ford rebate that we did not think we would qualify for. In summary, having bought many vehicles over the past 40 years, our truck purchase experience was exceptional and Sam did a wonderful job taking care of us throughout the entire process.
