When it arrived, there were a few cosmetic issues — some bodywork needed on the hatchback and one side — that hadn’t been obvious beforehand. I also ended up needing to purchase a second key fob. While these things weren’t ideal, I have to say I was really impressed with how the dealership handled it. They stayed in regular contact, took my concerns seriously, and never made me feel like an inconvenience. After a few conversations, we found a fair solution that worked for both of us, and they made sure to make it right. At the end of the day, buying a car online can always have a few surprises, but it makes all the difference when you’re working with a professional team that stands behind their customers.
