Beside the excellent service that was provided on our vehicle… the communication from all service people was great . Since we were out of town , every call was very appreciated! I requested a transmission flush, coolant flush, and check transmission because it is slipping. After Metro having my car for three days, I picked it up and they had not flushed the transmission. I spec check transmission because it is slipping. After Metro having my car for three days, I picked it up and they had not flushed the transmission. I specifically brought my car there because I wanted to see if a flush would get rid of the slip. I called the service writer three times and never received a call back (turns out he was off, but nobody told me that). On the plus side, I was given a very nice loaner car, and they do use the correct coolant when they did the radiator flush. More
