To make a long story short, Ron did exceptionally well by us. He showed us a few vehicles and gave us our options compared to buying out our lease. I appreciated Ron because he left out all the BS and was completely honest with us. If more sales people were like Ron, buying a car would be less painful and more of a pleasure. More

Happy Jeep customer! We had been looking for a good used car for some time and met many dealers in the Springs. We ran into Jacques while he was leaving from work late one We had been looking for a good used car for some time and met many dealers in the Springs. We ran into Jacques while he was leaving from work late one night and we felt he was such an honest and down to earth salesman. He really took his time with us and when we returned later, we really liked the honest, no pressure approach at Perkins. Then, when something wasn’t right with the car we wanted, Josh, the sales manager made it right until we were completely satisfied. We got a great deal and recommend you check them out. Terrible Went to have service done on my vechial at when I dropped it off everything was fine I asked to be checked and adviced on everything that was going on Went to have service done on my vechial at when I dropped it off everything was fine I asked to be checked and adviced on everything that was going on with my car. The service write told me when I dropped my car off that once parts got in (which would only take one day he said) that the repairs would only take a half a day to do. Three days went by and I did not receive a call. I called the service write that gave me his card and said he would look out for me never answered and if he did he had no clue of what was going on with my car he would say 'I think it's done its not in my shop let me call you right back'. Of course he never did and this was on a Saturday so they are closed on Sundays so I would have to wait til Monday which I did and called again all day to find out that it was his day off and no one else could help me. So I went to the dealership myself now being 6 days after I dropped it that was only suppose to be a day and a half project I talked to the service manager and he told me that the parts arrived the previous week and they just haven't had time to get it in. Now after hearing this I was pretty up set because when I called the week before they informed me that it was almost done. I not once received a call about what was going on with my car and no one knew for sure what was going on with my car all I got was it should be done by today 8 days later still have not received a call about what was going on with my car or when it would be done save yourself the hassle these guys are teribale I should of went somewhere else. More

False advertising. Make sure you do your research, as my wife and I were more knowledgeable than the sales staff on the cars in the lot. They had SEVERAL models listed i Make sure you do your research, as my wife and I were more knowledgeable than the sales staff on the cars in the lot. They had SEVERAL models listed in adds as the premium model when with just one look my wife and I knew they were the base model. Are they listing them incorrectly at a low price to draw in customers or was it a mistake? Not sure but they were unwilling to even give us a break on the price after driving for an hour to the lot under false pretenses. The salesman even blamed us saying we should have known what the cars were worth. I own my own business, that's not how you treat potential clients. Glad I found out now before buying anything from them. More
