Juan-Carlos did an impeccable job of assisting me during my car shopping adventure. He did everything in his power to find the right vehicle for me (a Buick Encore GX) and he also expertly introduced me to my car shopping adventure. The sales manager (a Latino Navy veteran but I cannot remember his name) was also very personable and took the time out of his busy day to share his insight about the pros and cons of electric cars. Even though I was indecisive, I never felt rushed and Juan-Carlos and the car detailing team did everything in their power to accelerate the process so I could get home to deliver a time-sensitive medication to my sick dog.
