Alfonso at Hyundai I had the pleasure to work with Alfonso after visiting most of the Hyundai dealers in Minneapolis. What stood out the most is his integrity and honest I had the pleasure to work with Alfonso after visiting most of the Hyundai dealers in Minneapolis. What stood out the most is his integrity and honesty. He was very approachable and didn’t force a sale on me like other car dealers. My new Santa Fe Bought a 2018 Tucson only to have it totaled out after one week after being rear ended by a Land Rover at 55 to 60 miles an hour. I am blessed to be a Bought a 2018 Tucson only to have it totaled out after one week after being rear ended by a Land Rover at 55 to 60 miles an hour. I am blessed to be alive, and not paralyzed. The following week my salesperson Marianna Russel had us in another vehicle a Santa Fe all in one day. The finance manager Kim came over to talk was so gracios to even talk with my insurance agent on the spot. Manager Angel pulled strings to get me the same benifits as my first car. Everyone there cares and does their best for the customer. Josh in the finance department helpful also as I have a broke shoulder was hard to sign some things. Thankful to each of them especially Marianna who helped so much. Morries is lucky to have her as an employee. She was our first point of contact. More

Greatest Experience - First Time new car buyer We were were in the market for a new car and test drove the Kona and viewed the Santa Fe with Jim Block. During the research process we outlined our r We were were in the market for a new car and test drove the Kona and viewed the Santa Fe with Jim Block. During the research process we outlined our requirements in terms of type of car "look" and features that we were looking for. Jim introduced us the Tucson which we instantly fell in love with. During the shopping process we looked at many other dealerships, but decided to go to Morries for one more "window shopping," thanks to Jims friendliness during our very first meeting! After finding the car model and trim level, Jim gave us space to discuss whatever we needed and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Everything went by smoothly from Jims area of expertise and he is the only reason I am giving my experience a 5 star. Even after the purchase, he checked in on us and followed up to ensure we got our additional services completed. The only downfall we experienced was with Josh in such that after all the rushing through with the paperwork, we were made aware that all the financial aspect of the contract was made with the wrong company. This resulted in time off from my day to return for the correction. The manager was kind enough to acknowledge and apologize for their error however, I didn't see Josh anywhere around to even acknowledge my presence. Paperwork can be a tedious matter however a little time and acknowledgement of a customer can go a long way. The 5-stars remain for Jim's outstanding customer care to dampen the negative aspect of our experience. More
