The most unprofessional sales rep I've ever dealt with I must say, of all the vehicle transactions I've made over the years, my time spent dealing with Josh Symuleski has been nothing short of a nightmare I must say, of all the vehicle transactions I've made over the years, my time spent dealing with Josh Symuleski has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mr. Symuleski wasted my time, lied to me (as confirmed by another sales rep), and then tried to raise the price of the vehicle on me after we have previously negotiated a price. Can only say they are a typical car dealership Some was good, some was just OK. Nothing stellar at this dealership. Nothing for me to say I'll go back or I would recommend. Purchased a Jeep Wran Some was good, some was just OK. Nothing stellar at this dealership. Nothing for me to say I'll go back or I would recommend. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler in November of 2019. Had already done all the research and picked the Jeep I wanted and made an appointment online before arriving. The processes was typical. I did go on a Friday morning so it was pretty dead and very little in distractions. Both Josh and the Sales Manager were pleasant. Nothing really to report on them. Not too pushy and in the end I got what I needed in a new Jeep Wrangler while trading in a 2016 Jeep Renegade. The Jeep had some quality issues before even sitting in it. Some broken seat latches. Not really the dealerships fault. It was brand new, 12 miles on it. But this led to some other issues creeping up like a bad wheel alignment and an inspection sticker that was 4 months into it's life, and discovering the vehicle should have come with freedom panel storage bag, but that was nowhere to be found. So right off the bat I had to schedule another service and a good part of a Saturday wasted. FCA is delivering these expensive vehicles to dealerships and the dealerships are not checking them over. So just a poor representation of a brand with years of history and reputation. I was looking forward to buying my first all american car, and again, it just goes to show, we really cant deliver good merchandise with good service at a price point that blue collar america can afford. Had some interaction with Jeep Cares, but i didn't take them up on any assistance. I just wanted to buy a vehicle I would enjoy, trust, not feel completely violated by the dealer, and hopefully never have to interact with any of them until my next new vehicle. Unfortunately it didn't completely pan out that way, but still no where near as bad as some of the horror stories on the Jeep Forums. 3 months into it, my Wrangler is doing great, have added some light mods and am really enjoying it. 2019 Dodge Ram bought in April 12,000 miles on it Tires are bald needs alignment. Took to four shops all said bad alignment not the tires . I will never buy a truck there again and wouldn’t receive. Lost me as a customer. More

First time buyer here, having a family friend mechanic who rebuilds cars, i've driven salvage title cars for years, and so never had to enter a dealer First time buyer here, having a family friend mechanic who rebuilds cars, i've driven salvage title cars for years, and so never had to enter a dealership until now...the past few weeks have been pretty stressful with trying to find a great vehicle to fit my needs and budget, i spent many days in and out of several dealerships in the NEPA region, and have found far too many unprofessional people who just didn't have that kind and friendly, personable but professional attitude...i walked into this dealership on a very busy saturday and met josh, he was polite and professional and engaging, he offered a good deal of information and answered questions, then a test drive...after all was said and done i walked away a very happy customer! love my new car and my experience here. Will definitely recommend to any car shopper! thank you! More

Pretty obvious this guy did not want to sell me a car I really am in shock over what happened to us at this dealer today. We had been in contact with them for days about being interested in a new Durango. I really am in shock over what happened to us at this dealer today. We had been in contact with them for days about being interested in a new Durango. They had done no prep work like appraisals or anything as they said they would. We had been told they would and that they would call. Of course we never got a call as promised. We showed up and waited. Then as we started the process Josh was not the most pleasant person. My husband went to use the restroom and Josh said, “You guys are killing me here. We’re runnjng out of time!” I have bought many cars and have stayed late at dealers while they finished the paperwork and have never been treated like I was bothering someone by being there. Then after sitting and waiting and starting the process, Josh leaves and comes back and says there is no one to do a tag for us so we can’t buy a car today. I thought he was kidding. Never has something this ridiculous happened when we were buying a car. I truly feel this was a lie and they just wanted to get out of there and not have to stay to do paperwork with us. Josh did not seem sorry about this at all. They knew we were from Tennessee and had to drive home today. I feel we should have been told from the get go if they couldn’t give us a tag. Since we had already started the process either they really suck at communicating or it was a lie. We never even got to see the car. Weren’t even offered a test drive. Unreal! I have never been treated so badly at a dealership. More

When talked to manager he was rude, nasty and very loud on showroom floor you had customers staff walking around hearing you yell at a customer boy thats perfessional, I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN....
