The price was looking good and then we ran i I some trouble with getting approved as a first time buyer for credit. It jumped to 15% instead of 4.9% and I was feeling a bit worried though I knew that I. Hold always refinance within six months. Kylor went to battle and worked on getting me 7.9% which was tons better than other credit unions. Sealing the deal I am getting a car I know I can afford due to my situation and with the assuredness thatis in great condition, knowing the cars history. Thanks for all of your help. We dealt a few times with Mr. Bauman, the General Manager, and found him most polite and helpful. But we dealt mostly with Ms. Barbara Bloss. Barbara is super! Even when it seemed we wanted to buy a bigger car from Chevrolet, and other folks would have got upset at our fussiness, not these guys. Barbara's professionalism drew us back to Kia. The finance experience was top notch as well, the finance manager took the time to ask questions and custom built a finance package that was designed to meet the needs of our family and didn’t try to offer us items that were of no value to us. From the time we entered the Horne Kia dealership, everyone was friendly, easy going and responsive. Our salesperson was Barbara Bloss, and she was knowledgeable and understanding as she answered all our questions. She also gave us plenty of time even though she knew we were just looking, as our son was making the final purchase decision. When we went back to the dealership with our son, it was time for her to answer all of his questions, which she did.
