I appreciate you reaching out to me and admitting that your team failed me on many levels. All I asked was for you guys to fill my gas tank because that was how much gas I used to drive to your dealership twice in rush hour traffic. I would not have even posted a review if you guys had accommodated this reasonable request. I will say that David did his best to assist me, however Allen essentially has no idea what he is doing and Blake needs major improvement with his customer service skills. My best advice for your team would be to not tell customers to drive to your dealership until a deal has actually been made. You could have saved me a lot of time and gas by simply telling me the bank had not agreed to anything yet.
