Service Center I would recommend buying a Kia from Horne, I have 3 Kia cars. BUT their service center is absolutely horrible. Their staff is so misinformed and un I would recommend buying a Kia from Horne, I have 3 Kia cars. BUT their service center is absolutely horrible. Their staff is so misinformed and under trained. They will waste your time promising they can do service on your KIA but they are unable. Twice I have reviewed what I needed with the service rep (Johnny, Jason, Josh) made an appointment, only to find out they can't perform the services. You are better off taking your KIA to another location for service, Horne Kia will waste your time. More

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership! Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 defer Our first salesman David came back with numbers that worked for us, asked for $800 down, I offered to pay $400 right away, and make another $400 deferred payment. I was told that this dealership did not take deferred payments because they had been burned in the past, big surprise? That is the first time I have ever heard a dealership not taking deferred payments, so we declined the deal. Next day we managed to come up with the full $800 so we decided to call back and get this deal rolling again, was told by Allen to come on down and they would take care of us. Made our 2nd trip down there, which was a good 45 minutes in rush hour traffic. Allen was nowhere to be found, was greeted by a third associate who basically told us that he had jumped the gun and there was no finalized deal yet. He apologized and said that his manager would get to work on this for us and would give a call first thing in the morning. Today I received no phone calls, figured they are busy and I would call them first. After the usual telephone runaround, I finally get a callback from a manager Reuben an hour or so later saying he was personally working on this and would call me back asap. I made several calls back throughout the day, keep getting the same excuse they are working with other customers, and would get back to me. Apparently these customers are more important than me! Finally get a call back from a Blake, some 4 hours later, he had taken the initiative himself since all of their managers are either incompetent or too busy for me. I was told that someone screwed up, the original deal was never going to happen because the bank would not work with me unless I had a cosigner with perfect credit. At this point I am extremely pissed because this has been a huge waste of time. I still managed to ask politely if they would at least fill up my gas tank to make up for their constant screw ups. Blake is about as fake as you can get. He starts to get snarky with me and says my managers won't do that for you. That's fine I only lost what $50? Meanwhile, I showed this review to my friends, family, and another 100+ employees I work with at Amazon. Your loss! Update: 1 week and no response from the owner or management. More

I have a replacement engine and was told that the turbo was replaced at that it was a new part. This was not true it was a used turbo from the warehouse. It has failed. They treated my son great I was home sick and had my son took my car in for service and he said they were really nice to him. My tech also kept me informed the whole time on ho I was home sick and had my son took my car in for service and he said they were really nice to him. I should be a “0” STAR By far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson from this location, confirmed what I had been offered el By far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson from this location, confirmed what I had been offered elsewhere and what I was looking for. I was reassured numerous times that the deal was “good to go”. Once again, before I took the afternoon off work, drove 40 minutes to the dealership I was told “yes, we can make that work” When I arrived and got the process going I was shown my payment - $85 more PER MONTH than anywhere else and not at all what I was promised. I even showed them my communication of what I was promised and they still said “I needed to be willing to give a little” No, they didn’t agree to MSRP as promised. Later, after my afternoon was wasted I was told they could come down on price”. Which means I walked in thinking I had an agreement and they still tried to screw me. This is where car dealerships get a bad name. If you want any sort of ethics, stay far away from any Horne dealership More

They worked to fit my budget and made sure that all of my “must haves” were there. I’m very happy doing business with Horne Kia and will surely be a customer for life. Wow this sounds so cheesy but I don’t care, it’s all true! Shout out to Natasha and Rob for helping me find my dream car :) More

Deceptive Tactics + Absurd Fees Be wary of the pre-negotiated prices. I negotiated a price online through my bank and an via email with the sales man. After the test drive they tried have me confirm my loan online with my bank before telling me the final price. They stalled on giving me the price a few times. Finally, when they came with the total price and it was $8,000 more than the price we discuss, $6,000 of which were dealer added fees. They said they could try and get a few thousand knocked off, but it was still about $3-$4k in mandatory fees(basically dealer add ons).....all of this on a used car. I told them I would pay 10% more than the price they originally offered, but they "could not make that work". My salesman seemed like a nice guy, but overall it felt like they were trying to put one over on me. Also, no one offered me water (110 degree day) until after I went and got a cup my self after waiting in the lobby for 10 mins and several sales people asking me if I'd been helped yet. More

Awesome Sales Experience! Barbara Bloss is an awesome Sales person and our experience was amazing. She worked diligently to make sure we were happy with our purchases (yes we Barbara Bloss is an awesome Sales person and our experience was amazing. She worked diligently to make sure we were happy with our purchases (yes we bought two vehicles in two months...long story). In the end we love our new KIA Telluride SX! The GM, Josh Bauman was also great to work with. He made sure our experience was memorable. He and his team in general are very professional and work hard to make sure they get repeat clients. I can't say enough about how great our experiences were at Horne KIA! More
