I have a loose rear view mirror I requested that it be tightened so it doesn't move when going over rough roads. I get my vehicle back and the paperwork states problem not found. I pointed it out to the service writer, he got a mechanic/supervisor from the back to look at it and immediately he stated it's not supposed to be loose like this. Why was the problem not found by the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. Why do I have to waste my time coming back again for the same problem and hope I get a good mechanic this time. A loose mirror should be a simple fix. What's going to happen with more complicated repairs and do I want to put my trust in a dealership that can't fix a loose mirror. More

I made an appointment to have my headlights replaced apparently through your AI receptionist and when I got there three days later, they did not have them in stock nor did they have them ordered.
