My first two Subaru’s were purchased in Hawaii and those purchase experiences were the bar for all experiences (as I’ve shopped for cars with family members with other brands) and for me, I kept going back to Subaru. I was very happy that Heritage Subaru Owings Mills kept up with the bar set by Subaru in Hawaii and made my first car buying experience as a Maryland resident AMAZING. I was only flirting with the idea to get a new Crosstrek and when I met Emily and we talked about my needs vs wants, she understood and never pushed me into buying. I returned later and wanted to test drive a different model; we talked more, and she understood what it was that I was really looking for and then when the Crosstrek Sport that met my needs (and my wants) became available, she knew I was the customer for it and reached out to me. Emily took care of lining up the details of my trade in and delivery of my new car, so it didn’t feel like other brands where you feel left out or unsure what they are planning to upsell you on. Josh was super patient with me with all my questions about the maintenance and protection plans and again never once made me feel like I had to upgrade or get something I didn’t need. Glad I’m in my 3rd Subaru (2nd Crosstrek) and thank you to Emily and Josh for an awesome experience! More
