What keeps me coming back to Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Chesapeake is the fantastic customer service provided. Normally the service attendant I work with is Niki, however the day of my vehicle's servic RAM Chesapeake is the fantastic customer service provided. Normally the service attendant I work with is Niki, however the day of my vehicle's service appointment, just happened to be a day she had off. Joshua though was just as fantastic, not only with me but with the other customers he was assigned too, I cannot say this about everyone in the service department. Initially when I arrived, the gentleman to Joshua's immediate right side seemed like he was having an off day. Even though I had an appointment, he made a comment that the service department was pretty jammed that day and that they will get to my vehicle when they could. Joshua was the complete opposite. As I said maybe the gentleman had an off day. Joey the technician was just as awesome though. He was honest and he found an issue that would have failed my Jeep's inspection. It was a legit issue and after he and I talked, I paid to have it repaired. It is refreshing to know that there are honest team members at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Chesapeake. Dr. Charles Hulse More

Service member AJ doesn’t call to give updates on my vehicle. I dropped it off two weeks ago and had to call twice each week to get updates.
