He helped me find something that was practical (and would be here in two weeks!!!!) and also fun. When the car arrived he contacted me and was again very patient and kind while he taught me how to use the features of my new car and helped me download the ap. I really had a great experience. I appreciate that the car arrived so fast and most of the work was handled before I even arrived. Such a seamless experience. More

Joshua responded to an online inquiry I made through the website, informed me of the steps, and pretty much held my hand through every step of the way until completion. Even over a week away from the vehicle arriving at the dealership, we had correspondence pretty much everyday with my random questions, or his nice updates. After completing the vehicle sale, Joshua even allowed me to come back to the dealership and fix a small issue immediately and informed me that I can text him anytime with any issues to get figured out. I did not feel intimidated at all, and I feel comfortable with my new ride. I highly recommend Joshua as a salesman, and Toyota as a company in general. The whole dealership seemed to be on the same wavelength. More
