I leased a car here at the end of July. The experience wasn't very good, but buying a car is never really fun, and I wouldn't bother reviewing it just because of that. But 10 days later, I was called and wasn't very good, but buying a car is never really fun, and I wouldn't bother reviewing it just because of that. But 10 days later, I was called and told that I won a drawing that everyone who bought or leased a car in July was entered in. They'd fill up the tank, wash the car, and I'd get to choose a door prize. Okay, sounds good. I go in, and give them my key. They take me to the other room, where they tell me they are cancelling the lease, and to get my stuff out of the car. The reason I was given was nonsense (when Ford asked me about the experience, I said I didn't like how long it took) and I asked several times what I could do to change things. Nothing, and they already had my key. Long story short, they stole my car. Their is nothing in the contract permitting them to do this; in fact, Ford Credit (who financed the lease) actually said I should sue them for holding my car illegally. Two seperate attorneys, and the state attorney general's office, agreed that it was blatantly illegal and a breach of contract. Another dealer opined that they they probably made the lease to make their monthly quota, knowing they would never honor it. In fact, two other salespeople at other delearships shared personal stories of working at O'Meara, and why they quit (one of which I leased my replacement car from). Ford Motor Company itself was no help; despite owning a lien on the car, they refused to help me in anyway. Even after "investigating", they couldn't even tell me why this was allowed to happen. I would never go to this dealership for anything whatsoever (liars and thieves), and unless Ford does a 180, I will never buy a Ford vehicle either More

Elton took my initial calls and questions, but was called away , for a big meeting. In his place, Elton introduced me to Josh Nunez, who was a good replacement. Josh was a little more aggressive and direct, but I like people who are more direct. I had several expectations, and Josh made sure that they were met. I would rate Josh and Elton with the highest rating , because they both met my expectations above five other dealerships, and O'mera Ford"s television ad's are more honest. I have purchased three new Ford Trucks from O'mera, and I enjoy their professionally run building, as well as a staff that knows what it's doing. Josh and elton were even helpful when they took my old trade-in, and spent the time to set up my new truck. In future, when I have new car needs, I'll look for Josh and Elton. I started the process with Omeara Ford over the internet. I was eligible for x-plan pricing through my company, and while filling out the application for this I gave information for the vehicle I was looking I was eligible for x-plan pricing through my company, and while filling out the application for this I gave information for the vehicle I was looking at, and the dealer near my home. I was contacted by Michael John the internet sales manager within an hour and he took my information over the phone. I had two cars to trade in and wanted to purchase a new explorer. Michael had everything ready for us by the next day as well as an offer over the phone. This was a great advantage since I am currently working out of state. My family came in a few days later on the weekend and test drove the vehicle while the omeara team evaluated our two trades. We drove out of the dealership in our new Explorer just 4 hours after arriving that day. The whole process went very smooth, and we could not be happier with the entire sales and finance staff. It was the quickest experience i have ever had when buying and trading a vehicle, and the entire dealership was very accomodating to my wife and 3 year old daughter. Thanks to the entire Omeara team for making this the best car buying experience ever! More
