Service department has improved. I had appointment for 10am was completed 10:40 state inspection. This was a great improvement from my July appointment for my charger for an oil cha I had appointment for 10am was completed 10:40 state inspection. This was a great improvement from my July appointment for my charger for an oil change and state inspection. It took over 2 hours and I had an oil leak where they only hand tightened the oil filter. This was my third time getting service there, their customer service and timelines is always poor. If I schedule to come in for an oil change and let them know ahead of time that I have to wait for my customer service and timelines is always poor. If I schedule to come in for an oil change and let them know ahead of time that I have to wait for my vehicle; they tell me it will be done in an hour and make me wait three hours - that’s just prep service.
