A 8:30am waiting appointment wasn't brought in till after 11 to have tire sensors installed to clear a dash alarm. 4.5 hrs later the tires were inflated to 80psi (manufacturer maximum inflation was 65psi). The low pressure threshold wasn't adjusted so there is still the alarm because I lowered the air pressure to the recommended range. Parts that were supposed to be ordered over a month ago to address 2 failed lojack units wasn't done and was told those had to be ordered (again). One of the new vehicles has been in 3x to fix issues and has to go back again. The sales department is outstanding and has helped make things right long after the sale.. Great job.. I'll buy from here again. More

My appointment was at 1:30pm yet it took two hours and twenty minutes to finish. When i got in my car after the oil change it smelled a lot like oil.
