They charged me $1000 for a repair that did not fix the problem. I was told it was a evap system failure and would need new parts that would cost $1000 dollars. The check engine light came back on 3 days l problem. I was told it was a evap system failure and would need new parts that would cost $1000 dollars. The check engine light came back on 3 days later. I took the truck to autozone instead because if I took the truck back to the dealership it would cost me another $300 dollars just to have them look at it again. Autozone said it was the same failure and recommended me a new gas cap, which fixed the problem. Would not recommend going to this dealership for anything other than an oil change. More

The service/ parts department can do better --> this dealer is difficult to communicate with as it relies on AI and a online app to book appointments. A 8:30am waiting appointment wasn't brought in till dealer is difficult to communicate with as it relies on AI and a online app to book appointments. A 8:30am waiting appointment wasn't brought in till after 11 to have tire sensors installed to clear a dash alarm. 4.5 hrs later the tires were inflated to 80psi (manufacturer maximum inflation was 65psi). The low pressure threshold wasn't adjusted so there is still the alarm because I lowered the air pressure to the recommended range. Parts that were supposed to be ordered over a month ago to address 2 failed lojack units wasn't done and was told those had to be ordered (again). One of the new vehicles has been in 3x to fix issues and has to go back again. The sales department is outstanding and has helped make things right long after the sale.. Great job.. I'll buy from here again. More
