Fast forward to 2019, I see ads for their revamped Passport. Late one night I fill out a general inquiry online on the Passport. The next morning I get a phone call from Paragon to stop by after work for a test drive. As soon as I walked through the door the feel was nothing compared to 2015. Josiah was personable and professional from the time he introduced himself to the time of this review. He was very fluent on all aspects of the Passport, but he also allowed me to search elsewhere. After 3 days of calls, texts and making sure I was comfortable, Josiah knew I would be walking out with the vehicle I intended to. He was there from start to finish, and even weeks after my purchase Josiah checks in to see how my family and I enjoy the Passport. The entire staff was on point as well, Quedwin made sure we got the best deal possible. And even when we hit a rough patch with the final financial aspect, Josiah and team were there to get me where I needed to be. Thank you, thank you. Great sales person but terrible used car sales manager. The experience with Mr Josiah was great. One detail of lack of profesionality from the “manager of sales of used cars” was unacceptable. Mr “Christopher” manager of the used car lot did not even introduce himself. After telling me to go and look for another car due to his lack of skills in negotiation with the Honda Civic 2017 hatchback red a few times his “mom” called 3 times arguing. If a person calls and is an emergency as a manager and or profesional a main act of respect is to be excused of the place, specially while negotiating for a car a customer obsoletely wants and specially not argue with the mom while in front of a customer. For what I was told the car was 15,000 I offered 14 due to its scratches, dents and imperfections but this “manager” rudely responded to Mr. Josiah “don’t waste your time”. My offering was 14 but would pay 15 if all of the imperfections were fixed. Later in the day I found out the car was worth 18 and then Mr Josiah kindly negotiated with me ofcourse with the absence of the rude and unprofessional used car lots manager for which by the way after mistreating and being rude he was not able to even sell the car we got to a deal. best customer service ever I was plan to get a new Honda for a while but every time I get in to Honda and I didn’t get what I want. Base on my insurance price, I would have to g I was plan to get a new Honda for a while but every time I get in to Honda and I didn’t get what I want. Base on my insurance price, I would have to get a lower price on monthly, so I made my plans. I been in different Honda stores and no one would help me with my plan, $0down,monthly not higher than$300,everything plus insurance not over $750. But!!! Josiah did it. He helped us on the price also my insurance. Great attitude and reliable. He marked everything and break that down for us before he do anything. It every made us feel safe and comfortable.
