The customer service that Josiah provided was above and beyond. He made the impossible possible and I walked out of here with a new Honda and a great deal. From my first day meeting him, I know he was a great guy because he helped me park my car (lol). Josiah's patience and kindness never waivered no matter how silly my questions were. The make/model/color I wanted took some time to arrive but Josiah kept me updated every step of the way and when the time came for me to pick up the vehicle, he made sure that we had everything prepared and ready to go. Josiah is reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with my first car-buying experience. 10/10 will recommend him to anyone and everyone I know! I DID NOT intend on leasing a new vehicle, but Paragons’ sales person Josiah was AMAZING!!!! Quoted me a price and walked out with said price. He wasn’t just a sales person though. He LISTENED!!!! Worked w sales person Josiah was AMAZING!!!! Quoted me a price and walked out with said price. He wasn’t just a sales person though. He LISTENED!!!! Worked with my budget until we found common ground and both were happy. He explained in detail everything and honestly I hope to work with him again. Josiah I appreciate all your hard and getting my family this new truck and the much needed space. Give this man a raise!!! I was definitely a hard sell and he sold me with ease and respect. More
