And having dealt with Roush Honda before, I also knew the quality of their service department. The next day I came in for my test drive and appraisal of my trade in vehicle. I was made an offer, which I countered and we came to an agreement very quickly. I took my old car home to empty out my personal items while they were prepping my new CR-V. I returned to get a thorough explanation of all the features this car has over my previous vehicle. Josie sent a follow up email that had a link to all the features this car has for me to review. The website was great, and made it easy to see current offers and reach out to someone for more info. Josie was personable, quick to respond, and walked through the numerous features on the car when I came in for a test drive. I was able to leave with the car the next day, after a quick and pleasant meeting with Mesiah in Finance. Woudl highly recommend Roush Honda and, after a few days with it, the Honda Odyssey! More
