This is truly a no-pressure dealership, which takes great care of its customers from sale through time of ownership. When I first approached Josie, she was as helpful as could be. When I was ready to purchase, she was there are a great support whether we communicated in person, phone or by text. After I signed for purchase, but had not picked up the car yet, I decided to go with one higher level HRV. Josie and the sales manager took care of it immediately, with a positive response and had the newly requested model ready for pick up without delay. Josie was professional and kind. I would highly recommend her if you are thinking of buying a new car, especially if you do not want to be pressured. Josie was one of the first to respond and answered my questions timely. Once we settled on the details she made sure the paperwork and car were ready before I showed up. Steve was great with the financing and explained the paperwork each step of the way. There were no pressured up-sells or heavy-handed sales tactics. HFS is saying, "Oh you have to much negative, this and that!" and I'm like ummmm, you financed this car so get me out of it! Anyway, Karen busted her butt to try and get it approved, and well you can't force a horse to drink water! However, when you go to the dealership, ask for Josie she definitely will make the car buying less stressful, and make you feel like a person, not just a customer! More

We were extremely impressed with Linda's ability to make us feel welcome and introduce us to a new brand of car we did have not previously experienced; she helped us fall in love with the Pilot initially. She was not "pushy" and allowed us time to consider the investment of the purchase even going so far as to set up an appointment with Josie on another day. Josie was upbeat and energetic and answered all of our questions that had arisen in the interim. Together, they demonstrated the team-oriented family-friendliness of the whole dealership. We came to Honda through Consumer Reports and other online reviews (plus family with Honda cars), but we are staying because this is a family-friendly, employee-owned business that offers full-service for the vehicles and customer care for the owners. You Need More People Like Josie Sometimes dealers are too self-interested and don't look out for the customer. Roush Honda like many of the other Honda dealers I called did not have Sometimes dealers are too self-interested and don't look out for the customer. Roush Honda like many of the other Honda dealers I called did not have the vehicle that I wanted because it was a limited production vehicle. However, thankfully my call got directed to Josie at Roush Honda because she said although unfortunately she would not be able to get the vehicle for me (which there were no alternatives for me, I only had one specific car in mind), she located the vehicle for me from another dealer and I am now driving it a week later. Where others had failed or were too lazy or self-interested to help me out, Josie went above and beyond to locate this vehicle and I am thankful for her and how well she represents Roush Honda. Roush and Josie may have not got the sale of the vehicle but they will get the service of the vehicle and future purchases and recommendations. Thank you so much Josie! More

When it came to financing, karen had paid enough attention to or conversation to pick up on something I had said that made me eligible for a loan at nearly 2% less than the next best offer. Their personalized service is why i will visit Roush for service and future purchases. More
