My first was 12 years ago.I was shopping on a very cold and windy day but Josie came out to see if I had any questions. I wasn't sure if I wanted an Accord or a Civic. She went over the difference between the two cars. She had me test drive both and then we sat and talked about my likes and dislikes. I knew I would buy from her because she was so knowledgeable and really wanted me to be happy with my purchase, not just $$ to her. I had used Truecar to look for a car and Roush matched Honda Marysville quote for me. I forget the salesman who I spoke to a day when Josie was off but he took good care of me also. Josie has called and emailed to be sure I am happy and dont have questions. Thanks Jossie!!!! More

They treat you well. Roush has sold me and my family six Hondas since the early 70's. I've always felt well treated, got fair deals, and haven't had a bad Honda yet. GREAT experience with Josie I had come in to search for a used/new Honda Civic. Josie helped me greatly, she understood that I would not be buying the day I came in, but coming b I had come in to search for a used/new Honda Civic. Josie helped me greatly, she understood that I would not be buying the day I came in, but coming back with a family member to help me purchase a vehicle. She took time out of her schedule that evening to sit down with me, look over all of the numbers for three models of Civics. Josie gave me the worst case scenarios for monthly payments, and we played with the numbers to meet what I could do. We must have sat there for an hour looking at them. Josie also looked at every discount she could to get me the best deal. Although, I did not end up purchasing/leasing from Roush Honda, I would send anyone who is looking for a Honda to Josie. She was patient, understanding, and didn't make me feel like I was just a number. I really appreciate the time she took with me, especially since this would have been my first purchase from an actual dealership and not a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. Josie is a keeper. More

I made the appointment on line, and met with Josie, my sales person. She was super friendly very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable as soon as I arrived. She actually made the experience "fun". I test drove the car, fell in love with it and immediately made the decision to purchase. . . and have not had one ounce of buyers remorse! Before even making an appointment, Josie and I started an email chain where she took the time to answer all questions I had without pushing an appoint Before even making an appointment, Josie and I started an email chain where she took the time to answer all questions I had without pushing an appointment on me like most dealerships I had already dealt with did. She also answered everything as detailed as possible. Once arriving to Roush, Cameron stepped in to help me pick out a car as Josie was with a previous customer appointment that obviously had not ended. He helped me pick out the perfect 2017 Honda Civic EX-L when I originally came in for a SUV. His knowledge and honesty made working with him a pleasurable experience. When we came back to pick up the car, he was with a customer and Josie ended up helping us a little further to speed along the process. The true definition of teamwork was working with them. Mike was also great in fiance! I would recommend Roush to anyone looking to buy a car! More
