While waiting for the I originally went in for service of my 07 Avalon, and Josue Lopez kept me informed throughout that process - excellent service! While waiting for the repairs, Mohamed met us and showed us new Avalons and Rav 4s, at our request. He offered me a deal too sweet to pass up so we bought a new 2015 Rav 4. He is an excellent salesman and explained all the key features of the vehicle. When we got to Finance, Franklin Millan also took great care of us and gave us a deal on financing and added maintenance. Through it all he was professional and courteous. He did a great job! Those three employees should be employee of the month for their respective areas! Great dealership! More
