I love being with family and friends in my spare time, especially my two daughters, Bella and Jayden; they are my entire world! You can also find me traveling when time permits, watching anime, boxing, playing football, working out at the gym, or taking up Xbox games – I’m an Xbox Live champ! When it comes to work, my certifications include being a Finance Manager. Going above and beyond for all my customers is what I’m known for, and being fair, fast, and down-to-earth. The best aspect of my job is having the opportunity to earn a living for my children while working with some of the most amazing individuals. We originally thought it was a great experience but we were WRONG. We bought the vehicle on January 8th and we still don't have the plates. As our temp tag came closer to expiring (03/09) I began co we were WRONG. We bought the vehicle on January 8th and we still don't have the plates. As our temp tag came closer to expiring (03/09) I began contacting Austin and Josue to see about getting the new tags. As of 03/18, my temp tags are now expired and I can't get a straight answer from anyone! The receptionist told my husband last week they should be there already, then in the next breath said they'd overnight them (so which is it?). Then we call numerous times this week and are given excuses of how it's taking longer than it should and we'll have to drive the 3 hour round trip to get another temp tag from Josue. We can't even get Josue to answer the phone when we call! The tags are paid for, so it's unclear why we can't get a straight answer on where they are! So now I have a vehicle I can't drive without risking getting a citation. We won't step foot back into this dealership to buy another car and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone. I've never had such a hassle getting my vehicles plates!!! I just want the plates for my vehicle so we can be done! More
