Waited over 24 hours for paperwork on a supposed pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles. Brakes were 2 mil, AdBl pre-approved loan had to send the night, hotel, etc. Check engine light came on, check brakes light came on after 100 miles. Brakes were 2 mil, AdBlue nozzle leaking into exhaust, obviously for a long time clogging exhaust, not covered by warranty purchased cost me $2,500. Poor service, no vehicle maintenance. I wish I had never purchased there. More

Jovan Mauras was our sales person and was most helpful every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. Very quick to respond to our questions, sent the information we requested in a timely fashi every step of the way in our purchase of the 2009 Lexus. He wanted us to mention that it took several steps for the driver of the transport company to receive payment, and he was unable to release the car until that happened.
