As a newly self-employed individual who was over my mileage limit, I was honestly scared and anxious, especially about dealing with pushy salespeople. Joy listened carefully to my concerns and presented several options. To my surprise, she found a way for me to buy out my lease—something I didn't think was possible given my new self-employment and income changes. I’m incredibly grateful for her hard work, creative thinking, and objective approach. She presented everything in an unbiased manner, while still offering her valuable opinion and suggestions. It was an absolutely awesome experience, and I will definitely go back to her for any future car purchases for my family!
