Juan and Nick were fine to work with, and overall the purchase was a good experience. I would comment on 2 specific things. So we essentially wasted the second trip. I did appreciate your finding it at another dealer for us. After seeing the offer on my trade-in, I asked for the allowance to be a specific amount ($8,000 up from $7,500) and I would make the deal; even had to sign the bottom of the offer sheet to that effect. The offer came back with the trade-in at $7,967.58, the difference presumably due to tax. I was ready to be done and didn't want to sit there another 30 minutes over $32.42, but I felt like that was just being petty. More
