Dealership was extremely disorganized - left customers waiting for hours multiple times to test drive, close sales with other customers in front of you. Overheard multiple conversations from GM and Sales waiting for hours multiple times to test drive, close sales with other customers in front of you. Overheard multiple conversations from GM and Sales Manager talking negatively about customers in the show room loud enough to where customers could hear (clear lack of care). Upon purchasing a car, they tried to give the keys over without a detail. Zero customer service presence - all sales mindset overwhelmingly obvious at this location. Would recommend to steer clear of this location permanently. More
